- XRemote is indeed distributed by NCD. I know of two versions. There is
- one version for lan connected machines (packetdriver driven). Wether it
- can run on top of winsock, I'm not sure. I have tried the other version
- that I know of, which runs over its own serial link. The program
- includes a serial connection window, which allows you to dial into a
- remote host (which was a unix host for myself). Then, you run the (unix)
- binaries Xremote/xinitremote, which connects via the serial line, to your
- serially linked machine.
